Manny Tellez was our sales representative and he kept close communication with us while we were making our decision about buying a Forester 2.0 XT. He was enthusiastic but not hard-sell or overbearing, knowledgable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Anything he was unsure of, he researched and found answers. Louie Ascencio did the financing and again - plenty of information on service and maintenance contracts with no pressure. He specifically asked about any military background and got us a significant savings when my husband said he had been in the Army. We did spend a little more than we hoped, although they did give us a couple of discounts and even honored an earlier end-of-month discount that Manny gave us but that had expired when we came in a few days later. Subaru does not over-produce vehicles which is a very green way to do business but makes it harder to negotiate for vehicles (law of supply and demand is on their side), but it makes it frustrating to find what you want... we were lucky that Tucson Subaru had one Forester on their lot that suited our needs. I understand not wanting to glut the market, but having a few more vehicles (Forester especially) on the lot from which to choose would be helpful. Other than that - we got just what we wanted and Manny, Louie and their team were wonderful. We have not dealt with the service side yet - I am hoping they meet the standard of their sales dept. They drug it out to a 8 hour ordeal and promised to replace a part on the jeep that was broken never happened. This had pretty much turned me off on dealerships, I decided after two years I would look for something new but was dreading the amount of time I would have to spend dealing with it. Tucson Subaru changed that Trent and Traci got me in and out in no time with what I wanted they changed my opinion that all dealerships are the same and next time I want a new car or a friend wants one I will be telling them about Tucson Subaru More

His details about the car were superb from top to bottom, and very much enjoyed our test drive as he has a knack of just making you feel comfortable and at ease. He explained the financial details, leaving no surprises when we reached finance, and they even threw in window tinting!!!! I never dreamed we could trade in our motorcycle for a car, and they made our dream come true by driving out of there with a beautiful new Impreza! In another year we will bringing our other car which will be 4 years old (not a Subaru) in to trade for another Subaru, we love it and the dealership that much!
