However, a car accident totaled our mini-van and we were forced to replace it. We had a Subaru Forrester in the past and loved it. So, we wanted to look for a Subaru first and we are so happy that we did! Our experience with the Tucson Subaru team was completely different than anything we had experienced in the past. Joe Micoletti was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he went and got the answer (rather than making something up). He wasn't pushy and acted with integrity and honesty. Tim Hanson handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to work with. Even though it wasn't his sale, Kevin Gribble helped set up the garage opener and hands-free phone feature. All in all, we came in expecting a typical car buying experience, but drove out with a Subaru. We are confident we made the right choice and will return to Tucson Subaru again. Our experience with Trent Nichols at Tucson Subaru far exceeded any previous experience. Trent was recommended by friends who recently purchased an Outback. In all our previous car purchase experiences we have never come across a sales person who was as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Most important, it was clear that we were dealing with a man of integrity (sometimes in short supply at auto dealers). Trent went out of his way to meet our schedule--which was a hurried one, given the fact that our car had been totalled in an accident (we were ok) and we couldn't afford the luxury of waiting weeks or months for a replacement. Trent was quick to locate the right car for us.He was more transparent about price factors that any car sales person we have encountered. He spent an inordinate amount of time (well over an hour) just reviewing the electronic (audiovisual) features of the car. His energy and commitment to his customers was and is unparalleled. We couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Louie Ascencio was also friendly, professional and helpful. As background to these personal efforts, the Subaru Outback is rightly a highly rated car.
