Made car buying experience as painless as possible We worked with Curt and Trent from the internet sales team, and Tim in finance office. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism that all We worked with Curt and Trent from the internet sales team, and Tim in finance office. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism that all three of these guys displayed, We had initially wanted a Crosstrek, while we were looking at them, Trent was listening to the fact that I need to have room for my wheelchair, and had us look at a Forester. I am so glad he showed us the car that would fit our needs the best, and did not try to sell us the most expensive vehicle they had on the lot! We were there on Labor day and it was very busy, but the guys worked as a team so if one of them were busy, the other one stepped in. We didn't feel like it took more time than it normally would to buy a vehicle, but even so, they were apologetic about how long we were there because of how busy they were that day. Tim in the Finance office was a pleasure to work with as well, very personable and made the time signing paperwork in the office as painless as possible. We absolutely love the Forester, great gas mileage, and very comfortable, has more leg room in the front passenger side than my 07 Dodge Ram. More

Rudy, the sales rep, was charming and thorough, explaining the answers to any questions we had that arose out of our research as well as providing all the possible permutations of payments we requested. Traci, the financial person, was very amiable and personable, and explained all our options very thoroughly, presented us with all the financing alternatives we requested, and handled the paperwork professionally with full explanations. It was refreshing to deal with Traci after some experiences we have had at other dealerships, where the financial people were both indifferent and condescending. Both Rudy and Traci made our car-buying experience painless and pleasant. More
