After being jerked around, with false pricing and aggressive salesmen from some other BIG name car dealerships, Tucson Subaru’s Internet Sales Manager, Curt McHenry, totally stepped up and helped me find the perfect car. I sent an email to the company via Autotrader, Curt promptly responded to my email, and followed up with a no pressure call. He listened as I explained my situation and hesitation in making the long drive into the city to buy a car, only to have the deal fall through, the car not be there or have the price jacked up. Curt took the time to actually listen to what I wanted and didn't try to force “upgrades” or pricier cars. He was able to give me a quote for my trade-in and a GUARANTEED out-the-door cost on a car that actually held true when I arrived. He was actually able to get the GM to lower the, already amazing, out-the-door cost when I arrived at the dealership! Tucson Subaru is not about making deals that benefit themselves; customer satisfaction is their top priority. This is, by far, the best dealership I have ever worked with. Highly recommend working with salesman Curt McHenry, he takes all the drama and tension out of the process and makes buying a car fun again! I recommend adding the Eyesight package if you can afford it. The Outback is comfortable, well designed and easy to drive. I checked prices using Costco and USAA's auto buying services. Consumer Reports, dealer brochures and the build sections of the manufacturers' websites helped to choose my model and option packages. Kevin Woessner was great to work with. I have some back issues and he took my concerns seriously, never pressured me, found the model in the color I wanted and got it to Tucson. Traci Roberts made the financial paperwork clear and efficient. I highly recommend Kevin and all the friendly, helpful folks at this dealership. More

A very pleasant car buying experience. I went to this dealership first, because I was specifically looking for a late model used Subaru Impreza. Steve Willis greeted me in the lot in a friendly laid back manner that didn't make me feel that I was about to be subject to any high pressured sales pitch. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. After showing us four or five vehicles that met our criteria, he offered to let us take it for a test drive but as we were walking into the dealership to get the key ,my wife and I changed our minds. We explained to Steve that this had been the only dealership that we had visited and felt that, before we proceeded any further, we owed it to ourselves to look at what another dealership might have. Steve took, what I imagine was disappointing news, in a calm manner, not trying to pressure us to remain on the lot, and not making it an uncomfortable situation. A short time later we returned, feeling more comfortable about proceeding with a purchase. After going out for a test drive, Steve was very helpful, in helping us decide between the choices available. He brought the two vehicles that we had narrowed it down to, up to the front of the dealership so we could examine both cars side by side. After we made our choice, requested some reduction in the price of the car and this too was handled by Steve in a warm comfortable manner, with no drama. We left the dealership with our "new" car in about two hours. All the necessary paperwork was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I look forward to having an ongoing pleasant relationship with Tucson Subaru, since I know I will be using them to service my car. More

I saw Trent Nichols had several great reviews. I sent an email and he called very soon after, We discussed the the car I was interested in and told me what he could do. I looked at the car we discussed price and other options. He was honest and fair, no messing around and gave me a great deal. He was supposed to be getting off work but stuck around and handled everything smoothly and efficiently and made sure me rental was taken care of and picked up by rental car company.
