I was very unhappy with my salesperson, Monica. She did not want to bring the car of interest from the external lot. She wanted to close the deal that day without my husband present. I had driven up from Tubac, and it was a complete waste of my time. We are now going to shop in Phoenix. She also did not want me to get the car in pearl red, as it meant it had to be ordered. no immediate commission. You don't even get one star! More
