I went in for my first service on my new car today and was totally pleased with my experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, given an approximate time for the service and the time was what I was was totally pleased with my experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, given an approximate time for the service and the time was what I was promised. At the end, the service advisor went over the receipt and explained everything to me and gave me a coupon for a free car wash! I LOV Tucson Subaru!!! More

His knowledge of the vehicle and it's apps was impressive and his ability to teach this 66 year old how to navigate the systems was effortless. He answered every question we threw at him without hesitation. The whole Subaru experience so far has been awesome, this from a 50 year GM man! Great job! More

I had a great experience with Darla Muckley. Darla knows the ins and outs of the Crosstrek and all the new safety and control features. I was particularly interested in the four wheel drive features and she the ins and outs of the Crosstrek and all the new safety and control features. She also reviewed the App function and I have been working with the operation of that part of the Crosstrek. Darla and the Dealer offer outstanding service. More
