I went in for my first service on my new car today and was totally pleased with my experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, given an approximate time for the service and the time was what I was was totally pleased with my experience. I had a great experience with Darla Muckley. Darla knows the ins and outs of the Crosstrek and all the new safety and control features.
