Recent service was excellent. All previously known problems + one new one were resolved. Use of the loaner car was a huge benefit. I live about an hour from the dealership and without the loaner, I wo problems + one new one were resolved. Use of the loaner car was a huge benefit. Also the service person was very receptive to my problem regarding having to return home to care for my dogs. More
Raj did a great job as usual. The radio had a problem with changing channels on it's own. I called him after the first visit to tell jim the radio was ok and he could cancel the part....the next day the with changing channels on it's own. When I called to tell Raj he would have to order the part....he said he didn't cancel the order because he and the technician had a feeling it would fail again. Amazing!!!!! More

Took my car to the dealership because the check engine light came on. The dealership ran an inspection and told me that the fix would be a considerable amount of money. After talking it over and calling them back I was told that they had decided to cover the fix as a sign of goodwill. My experience with Tucson Subaru Service department has always been extraordinary. They provide timely service and thorough inspections. Just today, they recommended a battery replacement, but right now we always been extraordinary. They provide timely service and thorough inspections. Just today, they recommended a battery replacement, but right now we can't afford to spend 200 on a battery replacement. After they finished Monica, my service advisor, said they did a one time complimentary service on the battery. That was HUGE!!! Obviously this doesn't happen frequently, but it meant a lot today.
