Oil change was unbelievably slow. Was told 1 to 1.5 hours at the time I made my appointment. 1.5 hours "or less" when I arrived and when I inquired after 1.5 hours was told it would be another 10 minut More

Hello, I am sorry about your longer wait for your service. We try very hard to have all oil change/tire rotations done in 90 minutes. However with the COVID 19 pandemic, we are having to take a little longer because we have to sanitize the vehicle before it goes in the shop and also before we give it back to you, the customer. I would definitely and I would think you would as well, want to err on the side of safety versus time. We still try and do our best to hit the 90 minute mark and typically do. There is a lot to do in that 90 minutes, the vehicle has to be written up and input to the computer, then has to be sanitized and parked, then the repair order is dispatched and the vehicle is pulled in, the complete multi point inspection is performed including measuring the brakes and tires, testing the battery, checking and topping off fluids, and all the other inspections. Change the oil and filter, rotate the tires, remove the spare to check and add air if needed, test all the lights and washers. Park the vehicle, return the keys and paperwork to the advisor who has to finalize the paperwork in the computer and print everything. Finally sanitize the vehicle again and pull up. This does take some time but I think it all has value. I hope this makes you feel a little better about the time involved. Next time if you do not want to wait, we do offer a free shuttle service that could take you to the mall or a restaurant, or home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready or we also offer free loan cars. We also try to make our lounge as comfortable and safe as possible for you to wait in, we clean and disinfect it constantly. I want every customers to have an extraordinary service experience every time and will always strive to do this. Scott G.
