My "go-to" service ad I had a 7:45 appointment for the first oil change this morning on my wife's 2019 Crosstrek for which I arrived 15 minutes early. My "go-to" service advisor, Dan Ford, greeted me promptly and I was in the comfortable waiting area in short time. My car was finished around 8:15 and I was back on the road in no time. As we were finishing up my paperwork, Dan took time to answer some questions I had about a windshield replacement on my 2018 Forester. I have been very pleased with the service department at Tucson Subaru, and particularly Dan Ford, over the years. More
