Good job This is the second time we have taken our 2018 Subaru Outback to Tucson Subaru and our experience was exceptional. Chris Valencia, our service advisor This is the second time we have taken our 2018 Subaru Outback to Tucson Subaru and our experience was exceptional. Chris Valencia, our service advisor, was there to greet my husband and I width a smile and firm, welcoming handshake. He spoke with us about what needed to be done, he had our previous service worksheet so he had done research. We were about 30 minutes early but he got the car in the shop for the oil change. Chris told us it would be about 90 minutes but that he would let us know if any other work was suggested. About 45 minutes later Chris came up to me stating the car was ready, explained what had been done, and asked me if I had any questions. I did. We couldn’t get the remote key to start the car. Chris tried it and couldn’t get it to work; he went to another Tucson Subaru gentleman who also couldn’t get it to work; they found another gentleman who tried to get it to work, it wouldn’t start the car but he had an immediate solution. He fixed the sensor in the window and the remote worked in starting the car. The dealership was busy; it was a Monday afternoon, folks all over and these three gentleman worked on this issue with smiles, and determination they would resolve the issue. And, they did. These folks at Tucson Subaru know their cars, how to treat a customer and appear to enjoy working there. I’ll go back as will my husband. More
