Service and Parts provided Excellent Service I recently went to Tucson Subaru for routine maintenance on my Legacy. It was first thing in the morning and Dan Ford, my service advisor, met me out I recently went to Tucson Subaru for routine maintenance on my Legacy. It was first thing in the morning and Dan Ford, my service advisor, met me outside and reviewed what would happen with the vehicle. He gave me an estimate of time, but noted that potentially it could be completed quicker and he would either find me in the waiting room or call me on my cell phone when complete. While waiting, I headed over to the Parts Department where Scott Buford did an excellent job reviewing the options available to me for purchasing a sunshade for me Legacy. He explained the material and benefits and additionally when he heard I was a veteran said he would give me a discount on the total price. I was able to get the shade within a few minutes, get a great discount and have Scott remind me to hold onto the receipt for one year in case the shade fell apart to get a full replacement. I was able to pass the shade over to Dan Ford who placed it in the back seat of my car so I didn't have to hold onto it. While waiting, my original car salesman, Ken Murch, stopped by to check on how the vehicle was doing and chat about my family. He was very friendly and took time from obviously a busy sales morning, to stop by and say hello. I really appreciated his effort. When all was done, rather than taking 3+ hours, my car was done at around two hours and I was down the road heading home. Excellent service and support by both Dan and Scott! More
Schedule was for 2 hours and finished in just over 1 hour I don't ordinarily come to this dealer due to the distance from my home. I brought the car in for a recall on a brake lite switch. We upgraded our 2000 Miata for the Legacy and still have our 2005 Outback which we wish would have had the backup camera on it. Best Customer Service Experience Ever Recently, I had what was perhaps the best customer service experience of my life, thanks to the service team at Tucson Subaru. We were 4 days from lif Recently, I had what was perhaps the best customer service experience of my life, thanks to the service team at Tucson Subaru. We were 4 days from liftoff for our summer camping trip when they discovered a significant problem with our Ascent during a routine service appointment. They squeezed their own schedules to accommodate ours, and on the last day, they thoroughly checked out 2 wild goose chases I mistakenly sent them on, despite being super busy with other customers, and remained unfailingly considerate, thoughtful, caring and efficient the whole time. My gratitude to them all … and particularly their manager, Greg Scott … is boundless. This is a dream team, and they will have my business for life. Thank you. P.S. On a previous visit to buy some touch-up paint for my Ascent, Scott Buford of the Parts Department took great pains to explain exactly how to use the product to best effect. I really appreciated that. More
Pleasantly Surprised I took my car to the Subaru dealership because of a recall notice, and they checked my entire vehicle while performing the recall maintenance. I was not surprised by the items that Subaru told me needed attention, because I had already gotten quotes to have the items repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that Subaru’s quote for all of the maintenance my car needed was the same as I had been quoted for tires only. Sabaru changed my oil, replaced oil and cabin air filters, replaced windshield wipers, replaced 4 tires, and aligned my tires for the same price I was planning to pay for tires and an alignment. Service representatives were pleasant and respectful, and they provided me with a ride to the mall and back while my car was being serviced. My Subaru dealership experience was so pleasant that when my car needs maintenance I will drive from Green Valley to the dealership in Tucson for maintenance. More
Recall on 2016 Cross-Trek. I arrived early for my appointment, work was rescheduled smoothly. Other issues highlighted and future work appointment was scheduled.
