Fantastic service. I don’t know about you, but when I’m in a situation where I need north of $2,000 of repairs, I liked to be kept in the loop and updated with informati I don’t know about you, but when I’m in a situation where I need north of $2,000 of repairs, I liked to be kept in the loop and updated with information. Raj provides that to me and I was never in the dark about anything. The worst thing is to be without your car let alone have to be in the dark because getting updates is like pulling teeth. The service team and especially Raj will make sure you are completely satisfied and taken care of! Highly recommend Raj for your service advisor and Subaru as a whole. More

Quick, efficient Tucson Subaru is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson, AZ but it is a good one. The service writers are all nice and the waiting area is comfortable Tucson Subaru is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson, AZ but it is a good one. The service writers are all nice and the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. They have ports for your computer, chairs if you just want to sit and read, plus a television viewing area. The free coffee, cookies and fruit are a plus as well. More

Cracked Windshield Tucson Subaru was the only place we could get a Factory windshield. All others stated that a factory windshield would have to be ordered or use the wi Tucson Subaru was the only place we could get a Factory windshield. All others stated that a factory windshield would have to be ordered or use the windshield that they had in stock (which they claimed were "just as good"). We had a "just as good" replacement windshield on another vehicle. It was not just as good but inferior (it was replaced by a different company). The service at Subaru was completed on time, in a very professional manner, and a loaner car was provided. Excellent service and great people who went out of their way to assist us! More

A very enjoyable experience! Our ‘17 Forrester Was in for it’s 30 M service!! Got a loaner car and went and had a nice lunch! Went back to Dealer before our car was ready!
