Quick, efficient Tucson Subaru is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson, AZ but it is a good one. The service writers are all nice and the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. They have ports for your computer, chairs if you just want to sit and read, plus a television viewing area. The free coffee, cookies and fruit are a plus as well. More

All others stated that a factory windshield would have to be ordered or use the windshield that they had in stock (which they claimed were "just as good"). We had a "just as good" replacement windshield on another vehicle. It was not just as good but inferior (it was replaced by a different company). The service at Subaru was completed on time, in a very professional manner, and a loaner car was provided. Excellent service and great people who went out of their way to assist us! More

Stuck with a dead battery We packed up ou 2017 Outback for a trip up to Utah. When we were finished the car would not start. We took it into Subaru of Tucson after we jump st We packed up ou 2017 Outback for a trip up to Utah. When we were finished the car would not start. We took it into Subaru of Tucson after we jump started the vehicle. They were kind enough to get us in quickly. After supposedly running a diagnostic they informed us the battery was fine but the car just needed a software update, which they installed. The next day when we were leaving Las Vegas the car would not start after we stopped for gas. We had to buy jumper cables and we were able to get a jump. When we stopped at a rest stop the car again would not turn over luckily there was another kind stranger who gave us a jump. We got to our destination on Saturday evening. We went another day without a working vehicle. We were able to get in to Young Subaru and they told us our battery was dead. If they truly checked the battery in Tucson shouldn’t they have found that out and saved us the grief and aggravation of having our fairly new Outback breaking down on our trip? By the way the Subaru dealership in Ogden told us the positive terminal had corrosion on it. So I’m to believe it was thoroughly checked in Tucson before we left? More
