Navigation System Problem We were on a trip to AZ and had major issues with our navigation system as it had stopped working. We stopped by the Tucson Subaru Dealership and they got us right in. Christopher Fisher told us there was an update to the navigation system and it would take approximately 90 minutes to update it. We have a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited that is still under warranty. They did the update and were very nice and professional. More

Service car maintenance Over filled oil, wasn't taken seriously until i went in and even then i had to convince them to check it. It was overfilled 2-3 quartz. Had called prior but they had no record of me calling in, was promised a call back before I took my car in and I never got one. I had been taking my subaru there for almost a year and a half for maintenance. Sorry not again not after me getting under my car seeing the oil filter dented and clips missing from my oil pan cover. Called to see what they could do and then never got it resolved. Dan was a cool guy kind of helped me out but i would never go back this review is more of the dealership and the hassle i dealt with running around. More

Excellent Service I just had a very pleasant service experience. I had an extremely vexing intermittent ignition switch problem, occasionally the ignition key would be I just had a very pleasant service experience. I had an extremely vexing intermittent ignition switch problem, occasionally the ignition key would be trapped in the switch and not removable. Car couldn't be locked. Tucson Subaru promptly solved the problem.Jesse Friedman and the courtesy car driver were very helpful. Five stars all round. More

From oil change to new Impreza. I went in for an oil change on my Outback and thought I'd l round while I waited. I was just looking trying to decide if I wanted a smaller, new car o I went in for an oil change on my Outback and thought I'd l round while I waited. I was just looking trying to decide if I wanted a smaller, new car or keep my Outback. I looked at Impeza and test drove and test drove one though I didn't like the color. I loved it. After deciding on a color Steve Wilis and crew worked very hard finding what I wanted, no easy. Eventually one was located, love it. I was very impressed with the team work atmosphere there. Everyone kept me informed along the way. Great folks. More
