Vehicle Replacement My wife and I had bought a 2017 Outback Limited which totally fulfilled our active lifestyle. The comfort and versatility along with the multiple safe My wife and I had bought a 2017 Outback Limited which totally fulfilled our active lifestyle. The comfort and versatility along with the multiple safety features sold us on it in the Fall of 2017. Unfortunately, there was a nagging sound emitted when going over certain rough paved roads. The service team and Subaru tried unsuccessfully multiple times to correct this. The entire time they were courteous and informative. Ultimately, Subaru and Tucson Subaru replaced the vehicle with a new 2018 Outback. The whole replacement process was completed within two weeks of opening a case. We were left totally satisfied and, realistically, made more than whole. Kudos to the local dealer and Subaru of NA. A sincere thank you to all especially Bob Wilson our salesman for both purchases and Dan Ford our service rep. More

It was a certified 2012 We purchased our 5th Tucson Subaru vehicle, 4th from Trent Nichols, 3 months ago. This was our first used vehicle purchase. It was a certified 2012 Legacy with 24K miles so we decided not to purchase the extended warranty as we were certain the vehicle would last a while without needing any major service. Much to our dismay, the vehicle needed a major computer replacement at a significant cost. We were shocked. I reached out to Trent to ask for his assistance and advice. Within a short time, Trent worked with Service and they helped us find a solution. This level of service is one you will only get from this Dealer, Trent Nichols & Scott Gregg. I not only think of Trent as my " Trent the Car Guy" but also a friend. He & Tucson Subaru have gone above & beyond a few times to assist me with my Subi collection. I'll be back for the 6th Subaru!
