I previously had amazing experience here when Jay Rau worked here. Since he left nothing but problems. I have called 4 times in 6-9 months asking for the complete service records for my car(because I’ve worked here. Since he left nothing but problems. I have called 4 times in 6-9 months asking for the complete service records for my car(because I’ve spent 10k or more there in repairs for a car I bought from them and now I have to have work redone that is only 15k miles old). Never received my records or a call back when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Sad because I thought I would buy a new Subaru next year but can’t justify spending that kind of money at a dealership who can’t even bother to call back or e mail records that take 5 minutes. More
