I have a recurring intermittent problem with my seat heaters and Monica helped me address it so that I am confident we will finally get it figured out. She spent quite a bit of time with me. I just want to say how much I appreciated working with Scott Gregg, Service Director. My wife and I live in both Portland and Tucson and have four Subarus--two in Tucson and two in Portland. We had so Scott Gregg, Service Director. My wife and I live in both Portland and Tucson and have four Subarus--two in Tucson and two in Portland. We had some leaks in one of our older cars that we have kept well maintained and as the repairs went forward, additional issues came up w more costs. Our car was over ten years old, but Scott contacted Subaru America and because we are long-term loyal Subaru owner, he was able to tell them our story and Subaru America picked up part of the repair cost.
