James was very friendly but he was not the one who checked us in and we had a bit of a rough check in. It was obviously stuff that wasn’t needed but because I was a woman, they made it seem super important so I’d say yes. It felt manipulative honestly. When I spoke to James finally, he was great and totally dismissed it all, understandingly. I have 2 more maintenances included with my purchase but then I don’t think I’ll be back to service the car. Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the dealership would help me if something was wrong with my car after I left. He said that the dealership would stand behind their cars! I understand I bought a used car, but to have an issue within less than 50 miles, that's just crazy. Brant was terrible! Just seemed like I was bothering him. I didn't feel valued one bit. More

The salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, we also agreed on a price, the advertised price. The other salesperson (Manager I Guess) refused to sell the vehicle at the agre wanted to purchase, we also agreed on a price, the advertised price. When I inquired about the Dealer add ons , they originally told me I didn’t get them as I got the vehicle on sale, then backtracked and told me I did. Totally horrible experience, the only reason for 2 stars is the showroom was very nice and clean, other than that it would be a 1 star review. More
