My 2026 Palisade check engine light came on, so I took it in to service to identify the issue, during the 3 days that my car was in service, I received zero communication regarding the status of my car. I understand that diagnostics take time, it was the lack of phone call or any other form of communication stating what had been done to that point. When both my husband and myself communicated our frustrations with the total lack of communication, our technician, Josh, gave excuses without solutions. Josh had an overall poor attitude throughout the service issues. The service manager was slightly more helpful in obtaining a loaner, but again the communication for another day and half was zero. I recommend using literally any other service provider than Tulsa Hyundai. More
Daniel totally ignored call after call text after text. I did not hear from him for 48 hours. I was told my extended warranty was a scam. My oil was 2 quarts low. I had written I need a oil change. It was written on my account I declined an oil change. They tried to send me home with a car 2 quarts low on oil. I had to call my extended warranty myself to find out my issue was covered. Brought my car in for a full inspection with a focus on leaks and the vehicle pulling to the right. After 2 weeks and 400 dollars more than what I was told the car would cost, I picked the car up dirty and leaks and the vehicle pulling to the right. After 2 weeks and 400 dollars more than what I was told the car would cost, I picked the car up dirty and with used mechanic gloves inside. Three days later the car died. I ended up going somewhere else. They told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car pulling to the right even though a 3 month old alignment told me there was an issue there. What do you know the other guy I took it to found a problem that would cause it. Would not take my car back to this place. More
The Genesis part of the dealership is terrible. Shop doesn’t seem to have the necessary training for EVs. Additionally the Owner doesn’t seem to keep the upfront personnel. Having a different person each time you come in is unfortunate. There is an expectation with the Genesis brand that service will be exceptional. I would settle for competent. I will not buy another Genesis until there are more dealerships available. Unfortunate because the car is great but not worth the hassle of getting it serviced. Maybe the new dealership in Roger’s, AR will be an option. More
