Always takes several days for service. I had to follow up a few times- wasn't actively communicated with. Didn't reset the oil change reminder so it still comes on constantly. Was very disingenuous with us regarding the extended warranty, repairs needed, and focused primarily on selling us services unrelated to our issue that cost more than the value of the vehicle in questio warranty, repairs needed, and focused primarily on selling us services unrelated to our issue that cost more than the value of the vehicle in question. Furthermore, when we asked for a copy of the diagnostics we paid for, we were flat out refused and were told the suggested services were all we could have. We left and went to the other Hyundai dealer in the area and had a far better experience. This is very disappointing and a far cry from the experience I had with Tulsa Hyundai 8-10 years ago with a different Hyundai Sonata with the same problems. More
