The sales manager of DeAndre Taylor was excellent the service sales manager Mark was average what I didn't like is they gave me a monthly price that was at the top end of my budget but when I got to the service sales manager Mark was average what I didn't like is they gave me a monthly price that was at the top end of my budget but when I got to the finance guy Levi he tries to sell me insurance and it raised the price over $100 more I did not like that practice at all and I'm not sure if I could recommend anyone to this dealership because of that experience More

Brought it in for oil change, check for recalls. 2 recalls. got 1 done, needed a tool for the other one. brought it back a few days later, got it done. Engine recall for my 2014 Sonata, engine seized up. Engine was replaced along with starter due to AlphaII engine failure. No issues with diagnosis, they found another engine and had it installed in a w Engine was replaced along with starter due to AlphaII engine failure.
