He was hospitable but the service took 2hrs and I didn't even get the recall part put in. I was notified the part needed to be ordered. You all called me and texted me days prior. I purchased my new car from the dealership September of 3 this year. I have had to take the car back to the dealership twice already regarding the check engine light coming on. We had an appointment at 9 AM, and we’re 90 miles away from the dealership. Our vehicle finally got seen at 10:03 AM.. So in our opinion, our 9 AM reservation should’ve been saved for our appointment time from the dealership. Our vehicle finally got seen at 10:03 AM.. So in our opinion, our 9 AM reservation should’ve been saved for our appointment time no matter what and say it to be being pushed back another hour. We had things to accomplish besides sitting there till 10:35 AM. Dakota did good but again time is valuable and you can’t get it back. The morning snacks were good and it’s nice to have a cold bottle of water to drink. Oh almost forgot we received something from Service today and it had our name wrong.
