Hannah is my girl! She always makes sure im taken care of, going above and beyond, surpassing any customer service experience I've had in the past at other dealerships. Service was great. Went above and beyond. GM of sales was a real loser. Refuses to let us test drive a new car. Too bad...we were seriously considering Went above and beyond. GM of sales was a real loser. Refuses to let us test drive a new car. Too bad...we were seriously considering More
They had my car for over 2hours for an oil change and I made an appointment it honestly crazy that just an oil change takes 2hours and then tired to charge me 2400 for fluids when other people are charging made an appointment it honestly crazy that just an oil change takes 2hours and then tired to charge me 2400 for fluids when other people are charging 400 or less and then tried to tell me my alignment was off because I had got new tires and I told them the person who put the tires on my car fixed that already and they tried to tell me discount tire doesn’t do alignment which is crazy because they just had put new tires on my car of course they do alignments wouldn’t recommend this place at all I only went because I was under warranty because it’s where I brought my car worst place ever More
I was told that the repair work would take an hour or so by the sales guy and to come in right away. I get there and the service member tells me the new car repair guy is not in, but he would find out what by the sales guy and to come in right away. I get there and the service member tells me the new car repair guy is not in, but he would find out what to do. The touch up guy meets us at my car and we go over everything that is needed. I was told it would be ready the next day. I left 2 messages with service the next day (Friday)and got zero responses from them. I drive to the dealership Saturday, since I still have not heard from them, only to find out “the car was ready,” the day before. After my frustration was let out on them for their lack of professionalism, I asked them to bring the car up. They hand me the keys and try to send me off. I ask if they walked the car to verify everything had been fixed, and nobody had walked and verified the work was completed. I walk the car with 3 service people only to find out, only 1 problem was worked on. They didn’t even communicate to each other what was needed. The tint was still peeling off a one week old car, there was tape left on the car in multiple locations, and they left stickers on the car. I told them I will never bring my vehicle back to such an incompetent service center. More
The service rep did not keep me updated on my car when it was there for the 4th time on the same complaint. was there for the 4th time on the same complaint. More
First time I have bought a brand new car and had to pay for tire rotations; other dealerships I have used didn't charge for this. I assumed since the tires are also new on the new car that tire rotations w for tire rotations; other dealerships I have used didn't charge for this. I assumed since the tires are also new on the new car that tire rotations would be covered the same as when you buy new tires separately for a vehicle. Stephen explained to me that Hyundai stopped providing free tire rotations on new cars after 2025; my car is a 2026. More
