I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change. The service tech also did a complimentary inspection as well. During the inspection, they broke one of the wheel studs and wanted over $200 to repair The service tech also did a complimentary inspection as well. During the inspection, they broke one of the wheel studs and wanted over $200 to repair it. In my opinion, since you broke it, you should have repaired it for free.. I know the parts are less than $20, so asking for over $200 is outrageous. In the end, a free complimentary oil change is costing me more than if I had done the oil change myself. More
