Staff are nice and helpful but every time I come into the dealership it's always $3-400 (this time I was 500 dollars) more than what is anticipated along with recommendations that are not based on facts from dealership it's always $3-400 (this time I was 500 dollars) more than what is anticipated along with recommendations that are not based on facts from service manual! I will not be returning to the dealership to get my routine or any needed service due to these customer service issues! I believe the Hyundai Service department price gouges and recommends unnecessary services! I will not buy another vehicle from Tulsa Hyundai due to these issues. More
This dealer was tasked to repair a failing AC system on a brand new car. Temps were in high 90’s. Car was new 3100 miles. So due to a delay in getting to the leak detector , I was offered a loaner. The communication I received about how long my scheduled appointment would take was severely inaccurate. I was told it would only take 1 hour and when I arrived the minimum about of time I was told was 2 an appointment would take was severely inaccurate. I was told it would only take 1 hour and when I arrived the minimum about of time I was told was 2 and a half hours. I ended up being at the facility (with my children) for 3 and a half hours, consuming our whole afternoon. I was told on the phone there was a shuttle but not that there was a mileage limit. This was an issue as I live far from the dealership. When I was finished with the service (alignment included) my car was still not fixed with it continuing to pull to the right and now my lane assist does not work either. Very disappointed in the professionalism and lack of customer concern at this facility. I will not be recommending this facility to others and will be transparent with them about my experiences. More
