I unfortunately had a mixed experience at Tynans. While a couple of the staff were kind and knowledgeable, my main sales person was not great to work with and the dealership would not budge on price While a couple of the staff were kind and knowledgeable, my main sales person was not great to work with and the dealership would not budge on price. Communication was half hazzard throughout the process, there was miscommunication, details omitted, and even at the end I was left standing in the showroom with a check in hand, and everyone looking at each other as to where my keys to the new car were. The staff was trying to be helpful, but because the sales associate did not prepare or inform others of my arrival and what the process needed to be for me to get my car, it came across very scattered. I kept getting asked, "what do you need us to do?" At the end, Samir did an excellent job explaining my new Leaf features to me and walking me through the car. Thank you Samir! My sales associate was understandably with another customer, but she should have gone to the sales manager and left instructions for when I arrived. They are great about getting in Leafs so if you are looking to go EV, it is a great place that has a pipeline to those cars, but work with a sales associate who owns one or is a former owner of one. To say the least, it was not an easy process but in the end, I got the car I wanted fairly quickly after being put on the wait list. I thought their markup was a bit high compared to other dealers in the area. But I marked yes, I would recommend because Tynans clearly gets Leafs delivered. More

Provided services on driver window that would not always roll up on first attempt. Could not duplicate problem , but did lubricate the window slides which improved and corrected the problem.
