I loved working with the team, especially Sierra. She was extremely knowledgable, which smoothed the way for me to purchase a car immediately. I was looking forward to reconnecting with her in the fall to trade in third car for an Ariya. However, it's been 30 days since I purchased this car. I had a good sales experience, but the car itself is a dud, although Sierra assured me it had been checked by Tynan's service department and I didn't need a warranty, especially since I planned to bring it back so soon. I've had to replace the battery already and the transmission needs a $1550 fix, which the dealership won't cover. I won't buy from Tynan's again. More

When my husband explained he didn't want to pay for it and would do it himself, the employee insulted him by saying he doesn't care about the human behind the work. As we were checking out, the employee then felt the need to further explain why it would take such a long time to fix when we didn't ask. Then when I got to my car, everything from the counsel had been taken out and almost rummaged through. There was a trimmer left in the seat. Either the car wasn't locked and someone got into my car, or the employee working on my car went through my things and didn't put anything back. We will not be returning. More
