The staff were greeted by several cars at one time, so I get that, but no one seemed ready to serve the customers. Staff were coming up with reasons not to rotate my tires. As far as the service done no complains at all that part was great. Even though they were busy it didnt feel like it took that long and they even washed the car which was a pleasant surprise. Now when I first got there and express some concerns with one of the washer nozzles no working properly the person helping seem dismissive about it and almost refusing to acknowledge my concerns or wanting to check it out.
