I will still give Tynan Nissan high marks and my continued business. I really love this Dealership. I will expand more. He made me feel less than and he called me a liar, by telling me I didn't ask for a rental car, which I did, when I call him at 7am..he said it would be 2 weeks out to get work on my car and I said fine, because I can't get it started and I needed a car because I was at work and needed to get to work. I have always got a rental from you guys with not issue, but he said the car had to get there first before he could see if I needed a car. The tow company didn't pick up the car until well after 2pm. After I received the confirmation via email that you guys received the car, I call him again and we got into a disageement about our conversation earlier. I was upset Luke, with the tone he used with me and the information was not satisfactory to me, because of the exceptional service I have received in the past from your serviceman, like Adnan who helped me in the past. So I called to speak to a manager, because we were not on the same page. When the service manager spoke with me, he was nice and just listen to me, to vent. He told me iot was a minor fix for my car and for me to talk back with Luke to finish the transaction. When Luke got back on the phone, he proceeeded to tell me tostop complaining to the manager, becuase he can't help me and again we started to disagree, because he once again told what I did or didn't say, which is not cool.... I just hurried and got off the phone with him. The shuttle came and picked me up to get my car. I was never rude to him..Of course I plan on coming back again, becuase I love Nissan and I will be there in March to trade my I just don't want to Altima in for a new ride...I will make sure I don't get him next time..because..I was already down..due to no car for two days and he made me feel so much worse... Brian, as always, is awesome. For the 2nd time my front axle failed. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty. So I had to pay out-of-pocket.. The suggested problem was the different tread depths may have pot axle failed. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty. So I had to pay out-of-pocket.. The suggested problem was the different tread depths may have potentially caused this. The difference was less than 1/8" between both tires which is difficult to believe that it would have caused this problem.. Looked up, but didn't find anything that would suggest that tread depth difference could be the cause My gut feel is that it was defective in both cases. However, it was repaired quicker than expected. Hope this solves the problem. Talked with other auto shops and they feel there are tolerances designed and built into differentials that prevent this type of problem. However they all said it theoretically shouldn't have happened, given that it is not full-time 4 wheel drive. More
