I wouldn’t go back. Buying a car took 4.5 hours which is ridiculous, especially since we had our two young children with us. This was the most omnishambles of a car buying experience I’ve ever had. Walked around the lot a bit and walked out to my car to talk to my wife. Went back in and finally found someone to help me. Prices that were discussed on the lot ended up being higher at the table; the salesman kept trying to sneak items out and into the price and acted confused when I called it out. Landed on a price, had to wait over an hour for the salesman to help another customer who got there after us. Finally was told that there was someone ahead of us and they took us to the dealership next door to do paperwork and financing where we had to wait again. The salesman, Evan, said he would catch us on the way back to close us out and get the keys. On the walk back, Evan and his twin were filming a TikTok or something in the parking lot. Evan looked at us and quickly turned around to continue his video. We walked to the customer service desk to get our keys and they told us that our salesman had to get them. A sales rep called Evan inside to help us but Evan told him to hold on cause they were filming another video. Finally we got checked out but there was only one car key, the other was locked up someplace so we had to go back in another day to pick it up. We got there at 1:45 and left after 6:15. Every car dealership I’ve purchased at in the past has been welcoming and courteous. This one did not seem to care about the customer or their time and did not seem trustworthy. I would not return here. More
