I was very concerned whether Tynans could be trusted with this extensive task. I knew there would be many ancillary items that could be damaged, or that minor oversights could cause future failure. We were interested in a specific new 2019 model that offered a killer year end price. The dealership could not have been easier to deal with. We added heated seats too. The price was real, we got the great finance rate we wanted, and everything was ready for us to sign-off and pick up in 3 days. From working with the Product Specialists to the Sales Person to the Finance Manger, every element was smooth and seamless. We love our new truck and the folks at Tynan we’re awesome! More

I booked an appointment to view a car but had to reschedule for the week after due to very heavy snow (I live almost 2 hours from the dealership) when I booked an appointment to view a car but had to reschedule for the week after due to very heavy snow (I live almost 2 hours from the dealership) when we arrived we were greeted promptly and asked if we needed help. We said that we had an appointment and everything went great from there! Our salesperson was not pushy at all even when we mentioned we were going to visit another dealership before making a choice. There were a few downsides for sure....there were scuffs in the paint that were not listed on the vehicle form. We had to ask to get them added and were given an IOU for a free repair on that though! The seating was not very comfortable as we were waiting on the credit checks and the like. The wifi password wasn't offered to us either which would have been nice as we were there for hours. More
