Richard McNally is an honest advisor I'm afraid I've had several bad experiences with other car dealers and Car Care Facilities over the years. I expect them to tell me I must buy services and parts I really don't need. However, Richard McNally at Tynan's Nissan is an honest advisor and he will get my business from now on. When my car wouldn't start he could have sold me on a new alternator, new battery, or all kinds of new products and services. Instead he simply advised that we replace the brake light wiring which was causing the car not to start with the push button ignition. This was done for no charge. I can't thank Richard McNally and Tynan's enough for re-establishing my faith in car dealer service departments. Thank you. More

Good price I travel 45 minutes to go here a few times a year for the $150 synthetic oil change package. Everytime I go my wait is longer and longer. Sitting th I travel 45 minutes to go here a few times a year for the $150 synthetic oil change package. Everytime I go my wait is longer and longer. Sitting there about 2 hours each visit now. But this past weekend went in and my tires were a little low and sensor alarm was on. I would think checking air pressure would be part of the package. Well, my sensors are still on and tire pressure is set at the same poundage.?? Little disappointed. Rest of the visor was fine. And I wasn't going to go back when I noticed and was about half way home. Sensors still going off. More
