They went above and beyond! Two days before I left on a business trip I bought a used 2018 Nissan Frontier. It only had 14K and was still under the factory warranty. My trip involved driving from central Missouri to Aurora, Colorado. Whilst in western Kansas my check engine light illuminated. I stopped and read the owners manual and while somewhere around Colby, Kansas I Googled "Nissan Dealer" and "Aurora." Tynan's came up and they had great reviews. I called them shortly before 5:00 pm and Luke just handled the details for me. He assured me I wasn't going to ruin the truck's engine if I completed my trip. Then, he set me up for an appointment very early the next morning. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and they fixed the issue. Here's what impressed me: I didn't buy my Frontier from them. I was just a stranger passing through town with a warranty issue. But, they handled my issue like I was a long-time customer. Car drop off I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that he would inform Luke, who is our normal service associate about what we are needing to be serviced on our Pathfinder. When we showed up the service team was hard at work but at the same time had everything ready for us. The rental car paper work just needed our signature. There was a service tech ready to grab the keys and get the car back in the shop. 2 hours later we get a phone call with an update about the SUV. Surprisingly, the update had good news and advice on what we would also like to be done. Luke gave us assurance that everything was going good and will call when service is complete.
