Poor Customer Service @ the Service Center Am an owner of Suzuki XL-7 bought from Tynan’s but every time I bring it for service, am alway made to feel out of place. It’d be nice to be treated with respect as I come with respect. Just tell me where to take this car for service if you do not want to deal with it. I lcan’t remember the name of the last person I dealt with, but my last service experience was my worst ever. My engine light was ON just after about 500mikes after the last oil change, I was concerned & brought in the car. I was dismissed coz “we only work on Nissan, your engine light is ON coz we are not experts at resetting it” I was told by a young man not attending to my car. What was I expected to do? I was upset for the rest of the day. Please direct me to a place I can take my car for service if it is too much for you to deal with. I’ve had a Nissan car, am looking at getting another Nissan car in the future, but am not currently looking at Nissan to be honest. I’ve always experienced great customer service, but this last one .. .. was a bad experience. More

It's the small things that really matter Overall I found the service professional and helpful all the way from initial contact, through scheduling, drop-off, estimate, and pick-up. My car was ready when promised...BUT the service technician did not protect my floor matt and left a huge, oily boot print on my floor matt. This rating would be a four/five start were it not for that. More

Poor service We paid for our tire to be repaired and they did only part of it. We took it back in but they refused to complete the repair of the tire. They also took our valve stem off our chrome rims and replace them with green cheap ones. More
