Oil change Staff was friendly as always. Not as happy with service this time. They did not put the new sticker in the window or even reset the maintenance on the Staff was friendly as always. They just seem like they wanted to get it done. Told me about a hour and it took like 25 minutes. But like i said all of the staff there was friendly. More

Fine service, poor dealer policy The person who checked me in (Mayra) was personable and helpful. The service took about an hour and cost $68.00. My previous car was a leased Toyota The person who checked me in (Mayra) was personable and helpful. The service took about an hour and cost $68.00. My previous car was a leased Toyota, the standard maintenance /service was at no cost. In addition, the Toyota dealer took a reservation for service and stuck to it. I had received a robo call from Nissan, stating that I was entitled to special service scheduling but when I called the dealership and they said, that it did not apply for their dealership.- that they were strictly first come, first served. So, the service I received was excellent, but the company policies are less than customer friendly! More
