oil change was average; salespeople were very hungry I was considering trading in my 2017 Rogue for the 2019 model, so while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I wandered in to the showroom I was considering trading in my 2017 Rogue for the 2019 model, so while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I wandered in to the showroom. Even though there were at least 6 sales people milling about, no one acknowledged me for the hour I was there. Not sure I could blame them though; they were all very busy eating from a nice looking buffet (I thought it was a little weird to have a staff party in the showroom and not in the breakroom). I was ready to approach a salesperson when I overheard one staff member complaining to another about a customer that had helped themselves to a sandwich without even asking. Mind you, the table of food is in the frontmost part of the showroom. It looks like it is for customers, and there are balloons and signs saying "Owner Appreciation Event." It seemed like an honest mistake. p.s. To add insult to injury, I received an email the next day offering 50% off oil changes this month, celebrating their "Owner Appreciation Event." Quick and fast service My Nissan Altima 2014 had starting issues talked to Brian had it towed and it only took a day to get my car back. Great customer service.
