Saw an inaccurate charge from Tynans The Express agent was able to get me to the supervisor Jason quickly. Jason was able to review all posted transactions and assist immediately. 4000 dollars later still not fixed. It was not leaking oil until I brought it into service center and had work performed the first time, that is why I brought it back the second time. Now I have to bring it back a third time. Customer service is horrible, put you on hold and never come back. Stay clear of this place for service. Service employees always standing around not doing anything when I go in there, waiting for someone else to answer the phone, then they tell me that they cant look at my vehicle til 3 days later. What do you have to do in this day to get good service? The bottom line is they stole money from me, criminal action. More
