It was a bit of a longer process with me, and I can assure you that he's good at follow up but not overly so or with any pressure. On the day of my purchase, everyone I encountered was INCREDIBLE, especially Matt, the sales manager, Dan, the finance manager, and, of course, Lenon, my sales representative. It was refreshing to see that there were smiling faces everywhere, kind and light-hearted conversations shared with and amongst people who work at Tynan's, and I'll say that whomever you end up working with, in sales or otherwise, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I had service done on January 21, which included an oil change, tire rotation and wheel cover replacements. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when I was driving to run an errand and the pla change, tire rotation and wheel cover replacements. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when I was driving to run an errand and the plastic trim along the top of my driver side front wheel detached on the front end and was left hanging. Upon closer inspection, multiple plastic pins were broken, preventing it from remaining secure to the car. I notified the dealership of what happened with a photo and they sent photos of the car post-service, stating that there was existing damage to the bumper (which if you see the photos, it’s not what I would call damage at all) and that it must have happened on its own because of that alone. I responded by asking if they were implying that it was not possible that they happened to have bumped it by mistake during the tire service and simply tried to reattach it unsuccessfully, to which they doubled down and said it was impossible and that they are “pretty careful when dealing with any vehicle”. Telling me that it was impossible is disrespectful and simply insulting, especially considering it popped off shortly after they serviced it the same day. I wasn’t asking them to admit wrongdoing, just to acknowledge that it could be more than a total coincidence. I can provide screenshots of the message exchange if needed. I’ll find another mechanic, no need for me to return to this one. Please work on your customer dialogue before you lose more paying customers. More
