Review I only go to this dealership cause it’s the closest in the denver/aurora area and I like to stick with my manufacturer but most of the guys in service I only go to this dealership cause it’s the closest in the denver/aurora area and I like to stick with my manufacturer but most of the guys in service are not friendly even though I been going there for years. I have no issues with the actual work being done on my car but if there was another Nissan dealership in the area that was friendlier I would definitely stop going to this one. I also feel like they overcharge. The ladies are great when checking out and paying and sales is always friendly. I don’t even know who I worked with so I selected managers name More

Great experience with service dept I had a very easy service experience with Tynan’s. I was able to make an appointment over the phone for less than a week in advance. I was able to drop my car off early enough that I was still on time to work that morning. The service tech explained what he would need to do in a way I could understand. He called me throughout the day to keep me updated. I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle the same day which was wonderful. More

Throughout the discussions and days we never felt pressured. She continued to patiently answer our questions and respond with facts that brought us to our decision to purchase our 2017 Murano. The finance manager, Jose, was also knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. The staff at Tynan’s were responsive to us and ready to offer assistance upon entry and when leaving the dealership .
