Efficient and friendly Came in late one night in a pickle after the engine blew in my car. I had been to many dealerships all saying they couldn't do anything for me because Came in late one night in a pickle after the engine blew in my car. I had been to many dealerships all saying they couldn't do anything for me because of my negative equity not even willing to try much for me and wasting my time when time was of the essence. I came into Tynan's and was met by friendly people who understood I was in a tough situation and were not only willing to help but willing to go above and beyond. They stayed late to help me with my purchase and were extremely helpful through the whole process. I would and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to better their situation. Awesome! Brian was great from start to finish. I inquired about service and was given a phone call within a couple of hours. My car was initially going to stay Brian was great from start to finish. I inquired about service and was given a phone call within a couple of hours. My car was initially going to stay for a couple of days at the shop, Brian offered a car rental and everything else to put me at ease. The turnaround time for my service was almost immediately. My car was serviced and ready for pickup less than 18 hours later even though we had expected for it to be in the shop for a minimum of 4 days. Everything was great and I will definitely be returning in the future whenever I may need service on my car again. More
Slow express service I took my 2016 Nissan rogue in for an oil and filter change. The whole process took 90 minutes which resulted in Me having to inquire on the status of my vehicle. I found out it was sitting in the parking lot out front and the paperwork was sitting on the desk at the cashier. The staff had no problem leaving me sitting in the waiting room while my vehicle had been finished for sometime. I may or may not return to this dealership for future service . More
Quick fast and to the point Went to the dealership just because it was close to my house, and I'm glad I did. With in the first minute I was asked by an employee if I had been helped. So I would say the employees are definitely responsive. The following minute Gary was following us towards the Frontiers, asking how he could help us. Following that he escorted us into the dealership where he would track down the truck I was looking for, he also provided us ice cold waters and made sure we always had something to drink if needed. I was very to the point with what I was looking for and Gary really listened to me as he didn't try and selle features that I was interested in or a different truck with better options. The finance side of the sales was also very fast and to the point. Once the truck was bought is where things started to slow down. Took sometime for the detail shop to get the truck cleaned and as I got home I noticed that there appears to be yellow paint on the side of the dash. Next to the steering wheel. Possibly from a paint marker or something. I tried to clean it with just a rag but was unable to get it off. I guess I should have taken a little more time and inspected the truck, but one would think because it is new you shouldn't have to inspect in great detail. More

Very Helpful I took my car in, thinking there was a problem with the air conditioner; turned out there was damage caused from previous work done by a different sho I took my car in, thinking there was a problem with the air conditioner; turned out there was damage caused from previous work done by a different shop. Brian helped me talk to the other shop, write everything up, and got the problem taken care of. My car is working great now. More
