The wait time and dealer show room were amazing. People were friendly and accommodating. It was easy to make an appointment for the next day. I guessed 5/8 and he said I’d have to get tires in a couple months which I know from driving for 25 years that I have until next fall. I also asked if there was any feedback on the vehicle since it was a recently purchased used vehicle but I just checked out with the cashier so none was given. I would have liked to know if the oil well was dry or if it looked dirty. I would have liked to know any other specifics about the engine, belts, fluid levels, brakes etc. More

I made an appointment for 1:30. I was told the work would take 30 minutes ( to replace the “recalled” Airbag). Everyone was exceptionally nice! The waiting room was neat and clean. After 30 minutes my car was repaired and waiting in the parking lot next to the street. Because it was a “recall”, there was no charge for the repair, and I was on my way home! I was wary, because of the recall, and I had a 30 minute drive to get there, and I am 82, but if I had another recall, I would see these fellows again in a heartbeat! More
