The technician who worked directly with me was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and able to function admirably even though there were multiple customers. However, I feel the diagnostic check m outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and able to function admirably even though there were multiple customers. However, I feel the diagnostic check may have been a little rushed or subpar as I think the brake shoes and transmission need another look. I also was disappointed that they didn’t wash my car after changing oil/rotating tires. I thought that was standard at Nissan. 8/10 More

Rich, Adnan, Luke and Jason really have provided the best support someone can get while getting work done on their car. My car needed extensive work done and through the diagnosis process, they remained hone support someone can get while getting work done on their car. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. I was in and out in under an hour (I got to the dealership about 10 minutes before it opened on a weekday - third Daniel was a pleasure to work with.
