Tynan's Nissan Aurora - Service Center

Firstly, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on front driver side, after ge drove it he said I also needed brakes. However, on my multipoint inspection it states both my brakes and tire is in good condition. SMH to the incompentcy. More

Adnan is a very nice service advisor, and he knew I was scared to drive since my tire light was going on. I have to drive to the western slope. I’m nit sure if there was a staff change but it was not the welcoming staff at all. It seemed like I was rushed through and I do need service in my car but I may take it else where.
