After my tires were rotated, the tire pressure indicator showed the tire pressure wasn’t checked in my tires. The required PSI was not showing correctly on all 4 tires. The guy that explained why I wouldn’t be getting my car washed (due to cold temp) was rude. And after spending $191. for a 15 minute service, no one offered for me to come back when the temp would reach 40, for my wash. That was about 3 hours later.

As far as the service done no complains at all that part was great. Even though they were busy it didnt feel like it took that long and they even washed the car which was a pleasant surprise. Now when I first got there and express some concerns with one of the washer nozzles no working properly the person helping seem dismissive about it and almost refusing to acknowledge my concerns or wanting to check it out. The staff were greeted by several cars at one time, so I get that, but no one seemed ready to serve the customers. Staff were coming up with reasons not to rotate my tires.
