It seems very inviting and well-organized. It was easy to see where to bring the car, and I was greeted by a service mechanic, who took the car from that point. I had a transmission warranty. Left with no transmission repair and was told I had 4 critical other items. 2 of which were done less than 30 days ago. The service manager did try to assist me but the servi repair and was told I had 4 critical other items. 2 of which were done less than 30 days ago. No one even drove my car to see what the transmission was doing until the service mgr offered. I am not happy. My usual mechanic said he will gladly help me. This is why I don’t like using dealerships for engine work. Did I mention Nissan’s prices on the 2 items I just had done - they were TRIPLE what my mechanic charges me. More
