Leaf service went above and beyond I brought my 2016 Leaf in for a 20k battery check and air conditioning filter replacement along with a tire repair. Luke helped me and gave me good news right off the bat: no battery check was needed and the A/C filter had been replaced at 15000 so it was not needed. Tynan's repaired my tired for $30 which was a lot better than buying a new tire! Last but not least, Luke detected a clicking noise from the axle that was a technical bulletin/warranty issue so they had the axle adjusted and lubricated at no charge. Much appreciated! More

The service department was very nasty to me when I came in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get someth in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get something for free. I told them at the end that I would pay for a battery but I just wanted to make sure I could help my elderly parent in the midst of a pandemic. I bought my car in aurora at Tynan Nissan. I will never buy another car from Nissan in my life. More

The Service Department was extremely courteous. Upon arrival at the service entrance, I was greeted and directed to the service desk. Once there, Richard, the representatve gathered the necessary vehicl arrival at the service entrance, I was greeted and directed to the service desk. When the service was completed, Richard phoned me to let me know that my car was ready for pickup.
