Richard McNally is an honest advisor I'm afraid I've had several bad experiences with other car dealers and Car Care Facilities over the years. I expect them to tell me I must buy service I'm afraid I've had several bad experiences with other car dealers and Car Care Facilities over the years. I expect them to tell me I must buy services and parts I really don't need. However, Richard McNally at Tynan's Nissan is an honest advisor and he will get my business from now on. When my car wouldn't start he could have sold me on a new alternator, new battery, or all kinds of new products and services. Instead he simply advised that we replace the brake light wiring which was causing the car not to start with the push button ignition. This was done for no charge. I can't thank Richard McNally and Tynan's enough for re-establishing my faith in car dealer service departments. Thank you. More
