Speaking solely on the service department, I can't wait to sell my VW. The lack of communication left me more frustrated than the issues with the car. One person went on vacation and no one had a clue as t to sell my VW. The lack of communication left me more frustrated than the issues with the car. One person went on vacation and no one had a clue as to what was going on with my vehicle. After having my car for five days, I declined all maintenance items except the oil change. When I went to pick my car up then drove it up to the door with a flat tire, then attempted to charge me for fixing the flat tire that was obviously still flat! Honestly, I've typically had good service here until now. I hope you guys get your act together. More
