I came into this store to get my first new car, after going all around looking for a new/use car. Was scared and worried about everything. Nick Cramer Was the dealer that helped me, and got me in my AMAZ going all around looking for a new/use car. Was scared and worried about everything. After buying the car Iv called him a handful of times, and every time hes been super helpful and nice! Finance guy is overly pushy and was telling me how bad the NEW car I was buying would be down the road, pulling out repair bills that he had conveniently ready to show me. The guy actually had me second guessing my decision to purchase, by giving me doubts about Chevy quality. Everything was fine up to this point, but all I remember is the incredibly rude finance guy. I won’t be back to this dealership to buy a car. Dealer manager empathized and apologized for my experience, but reading other reviews, I see things haven’t changed. Too bad, as I’d prefer to keep my business close to home. More
