When I purchased the car, there was a chip that needed fixed, and the license plate needed to be fixed as well. I was told, I could bring it in on this day and it would all be taken care of for me, it wou fixed, and the license plate needed to be fixed as well. He was not aware of anything that was going on. There was no appointment for me to have anything worked on. The paint shop said they didn't know if they could get me in that day because they wouldn't have the correct colors to match my car. After all this Adam said the Manager, Nate was aware and that they would be able to work on my car. At about the 2-hour mark Adam said they would not be able to fix the license plate that day, I would need to bring it back and get a loaner car for the day. I set that up for the following week, after waiting another hour I finally asked to speak with a manager. Brian was helpful and got Adam, we got my car, and I was able to leave after sitting in the dealership for 3 hours. Thank you to Brian. I ended up fixing the license plate myself that weekend so I would not have to bring it back, as it had become such a hassle. After sitting there for 3 hours, I saw multiple managers walk by me throughout the day. Not one person asked if I needed anything. Not sure if it is normal for them to have people there for that amount of time. There was a very nice lady sitting at the desk by the service departments lobby. I didn't catch her name; she was very nice and helped me with the Wi-Fi. More

Very unsure why no one came to me while I was waiting for my truck to communicate this. More

Wasn't very friendly, seems as though he hasn't dealt with the public much. Needs some more Training.
