Messed up the billing didn't call me when the parts came in. Didn't have the part when I told them that's what was wrong to begin with before I brought it in. average to below average. For chevy all the hype, you say about the first oil Change and trans filter free and all the things you have reminders and service coupons, you don't bother to remind us that you have 24 months to do it or you pay yourself. Paid $184 nothing got fixed and was told they would have to contact GM to determine the issue, should have a response in two - three days. Called back after not hearing anything for 1-1/2 weeks.
