We had such a great experience purchasing a car for our daughter from Ultimate Motorsports! We purchased the car without having the ability to test drive it or see it up close because we live in WV. Communication was excellent throughout, and Kevin was fantastic—proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He kept us updated, answered all of our questions, and made buying a car feel simple instead of overwhelming.Kevin gave us video tours of the car and showed us the outside and interior. He was very honest and the car was exactly as described. He even facilitated the car’s delivery to Baton Rouge! We really appreciated how smoothly everything went and how well we were taken care of. Sarah was fantastic. She communicated clearly, she returned my text messages and emails immediately. I loved that the dealership policy actually makes the mechanical checkout of the vehicle by a third party EASY! The offer to deliver and pick the vehicle up from any shop within 5 miles (and there were enough shops to choose from!) for a mechanical check up is a policy other dealerships should emulate! It took approximately 5 days from my initial view of the car online to the day it was delivered to my home 1000 miles from Houston. I couldn't have been any happier with the service and vehicle I received from Ultimate Motorsport. More

No follow through once they have your money. Omar arranged the shipping of my vehicle and it arrived damaged. After months contacting dealer trying to get claim form information, I got it repair Omar arranged the shipping of my vehicle and it arrived damaged. After months contacting dealer trying to get claim form information, I got it repaired and paid for it. Found out transport company was not insured! Mechanic also found shotty work from recent damage (from the time I viewed photos of the car, paid for it in full, but before the driver picked it up). Damage was never disclosed to me which is illegal in Texas and didn’t allow me the opportunity to decide if I would have still gone forward with the sale or not. $4k later car has been repaired all while it was in the responsibility of the dealership and/or transporters and they simply ignore all the evidence. More

The online sale was fine. I would have like to have been better communicated with during the process of the sale and when the vehicle would have been shipped.
