I just want the Check Engine Light off ands the vehicle to run. I have spent over $3,000 so far and the light is on again. I'm on my way back to the shop today. I can't get the 32 hours back that my son lost away from work waiting on paperwork and probably not $3,000 already spent. I want the warranty or someone to cover the next repair so I can use the van. I did not negoaite price, payment, warranty price or interest rate. Please just fix the van.

The Tesla was delivered at Madison WI on the evening of 19JAN. The battery was low and the temperature was about 0F so I left it in my son's shop until I could buy a charger, I sent a message on this topic to Anthony Wong on 20JAN and received no reply. When Jeanette Wong sent a 23JAN message on the title, I asked her to remind Anthony that he had not replied to my message. Jeanette's response was to contact support at support@ultimatem-s.com I wrote to Ultimate Support on 28JAN I was delayed getting a home charger and obtained an estimate from the local Tesla authorized body shop this month. I forwarded it to Ultimate Support on 03MAR. My complaint is that Ultimate's advertising photos of my car showed no damage, specifically to the hood. No mention of damage in the description. The CarFax indicates a front impact accident on 05/14/2021 and "Vehicle was not damaged". When the car arrived in Madison WI the Tesla hood was found to be damaged on the right and left front. * On the right the hood is bent, breaking the paint. * On the left the hood is dented across the longitudinal contour. The shipper Gears Inc. photos of before and after shipping indicate that the damage was documented before loading at Ultimate's facility. Jim Jones 12MAR26
