No follow through once they have your money. Omar arranged the shipping of my vehicle and it arrived damaged. After months contacting dealer trying to get claim form information, I got it repaired and paid for it. Found out transport company was not insured! Mechanic also found shotty work from recent damage (from the time I viewed photos of the car, paid for it in full, but before the driver picked it up). Damage was never disclosed to me which is illegal in Texas and didn’t allow me the opportunity to decide if I would have still gone forward with the sale or not. $4k later car has been repaired all while it was in the responsibility of the dealership and/or transporters and they simply ignore all the evidence. The online sale was fine. I would have like to have been better communicated with during the process of the sale and when the vehicle would have been shipped.
