Jovan Mauras was our sales person and was most helpful every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. I was honestly confused at his incompetence. It went beyond unresponsiveness to the point where he was seemingly unable to understand what I was repeatedly requesting (a written price sheet showing all in costs including tax and title, which I needed to get a cashier's check at the bank). I had the local dealership look up the keys vin# which confirms is for a different car. Also, no manual in the car and in text, he said it was in the car! (12-30-25)I got a response from there team, the first time I complained to Anthony, but when I responded to That response and sending a screen shot of the text where Anthony acknowledged the Owners Manual and spare key, but no response to that email as of (1-10-26) Otherwise, the car is actually in good condition per our dealership, but left a bad taste in my mouth, regarding lying about the manual and key!, More
