Waited over 24 hours for paperwork on a supposed pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles. I bought a 2020 Tesla S in JAN (remotely) from Anthony. The car was presented and photographed with no damage. The CarFax listed an accident with a bicycle stating "no damage" to the Tesla. When the car arrived the hood was damaged on both sides, bent, paint cracked and dented. The shipper provided before and after photographs. The before photos from Ultimate's lot show the damage. I have written Ultimate four times and no one has responded. My last memo included a estimate from the local Tesla authorized body shop for $4543.75.
