Didn't feel comfortable 1) At the beginning Fabio is really nice and funny guy, he tries to make you feel very comfortable. 2) Taking toooo long to get a test drive.... e 1) At the beginning Fabio is really nice and funny guy, he tries to make you feel very comfortable. 2) Taking toooo long to get a test drive.... even I had an appointment Fabio was running between me and other customer, so I had to sit and wait when he will be done with other customer to take a test drive... approximately 40 min wait time.... 3) Weird system to get a test drive... so I had to walk between cars so much distance to find a right car, Fabio didn't bring a car to customer instead I had to walk big distance in parking lot to find the right car, it was really inconvenient because it was cold outside, but Fabio was nice to offer his jacket; 4) Fabio don't give any information about pricing, I asked twice and he was telling me to check online price, lol it's weird, because whats on online site and the price for particular car I want is different pricing!!!! Even I wanted to think about purchasing the particular car, I don't think I will... because I don't like to not know the price; 5) At the end didn't like how Fabio was acting with me, he touched my hands, to show me car features, than he was staying so close to car driver seat when I was getting in, I felt really uncomfortable with him at the end, at the beginning he was really nice but than I already want to run away from that guy.
