Used car experience was the worse. I found the car I wanted and according to their inspection everything was good to go, I expressed my concerns about the brakes and I’m no mechanic b I found the car I wanted and according to their inspection everything was good to go, I expressed my concerns about the brakes and I’m no mechanic but the pads were almost to the bare metal, noticed the battery cover which it brought curiosity but disregarded at the moment, windshield washer fluid was almost a gallon off, according to them the oil was changed as to every vehicle gets an oil change and a multi inspection done but come to find out, the battery cover had to be taken out to boost the battery because the heater motor stayed stuck on low once the engine it’s off so slowly kills the battery, took the car to Jaguar dealership, $7,800. 00 for a heater motor, $475 for a new battery, $3,500.00 for brakes , $265 for an oil change that was passed due, which I noticed when I pulled the dipstick it was pretty dark not new gold colored for synthetic oil and $275 for a brake fluid flush all of witch Had to be replaced. So my so good deal. When I saw that the windshield washer fluid was non existent I started going thro my own inspection at home and boy was I wright, if they missed a simple fix of the washer fluid what else can be lurking, not to mention when I asked for the inspection report they failed to provide. I reached out to the sales person and all I could get was “ Sorry As-Is mind you I still on my temporary plates. Will I ever buy there? No, will I bring the vehicle there? No. Will I refer this dealership? No. The only positive I have its since it was a cash transaction it was easy but that can be said about any dealership. So if you buy a used car from this dealership Do diligence maybe bring it to a dealership of its maker to get the car inspection through them. One thing they did was clean the engine covers with an insane amount of oil to make it look shiny and clean as well as the tires. I came to this dealership because of the almost 5 star rating and the car I wanted but I wished I’ve not bought the car. More
