We had no intention of making a decision the first visit we made to the dealership. Johnathan spent plenty of time with us and made sure we were aware of our options. We were interested in several possible models. We drove several and left the dealership with a lot to think about. We contacted Johnathan the next day and he arrived at work early to have all of the vehicles located and prepared for us to review. He had listened very carefully the day before and found the perfect color, interior design, and options we were looking for. We were out the door with the vehicle in no time. However, when we were ready to leave, Johnathan indicated that he and the service tech had noticed overspray on the vehicle. We never would have noticed it. Brian always made sure to follow up on my requests and my questions to best understand the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He made sure I got the best price in the market for the vehicle and all the amenities that I was looking for in it. When I arrived to the dealership I was partnered with my salesperson, Mr. Ericmelec Rivera. I have to say that Eric made my purchase soooooo much easier and better to understand. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He made sure that I was pleased with my purchase and that I received what I was promised.
